Delete your account and data

You can delete your data from inside our apps. You do not need to call or email us, though you can if you prefer. Here is how it works for each app.

EmoDays

EmoDays has no accounts. Everything you create lives on your device and in your own private iCloud, so you delete it yourself from inside the app.

Open EmoDays and go to Settings > Data Control.
Export a backup first if you want to keep a copy.
Choose to delete all of your data on this device and in your iCloud.

Deleting your data also:

clears every Keychain item EmoDays has stored, including your OpenRouter key and the Notes passcode hash
removes any check-in records you have in our public database
clears your AI chat history

Deleting your data doesn't affect purchases or subscriptions. Those belong to your Apple ID and can be restored or canceled through Apple.

Reports you sent about other users are kept for up to 12 months. To ask about anything else we hold, such as map records or reports, email [email protected].

SassyCash and other apps with accounts

If an app published by APK Ventures, LLC offers accounts, you can delete your account inside the app, usually under Settings > Account > Delete Account.

When you delete an account, your account data is removed from our active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

If you can't open the app, request deletion by email instead (see below).

Request deletion by email

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Data." Tell us which app or service the request is about and the email address or display name you used, so we can find your data.

We confirm deletion requests within 10 days.
We complete them within 45 days.
We may keep limited records the law requires, such as tax records, and we will tell you if we do.

We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting anything, and an authorized agent may make the request for you.

Click unsubscribe in any newsletter email, or email [email protected]. Your email address then stays only on a do-not-email list so we don't contact you again.

Customers of our clients

If we build or run something for another business and you are that business's customer, the business controls your data. Contact that business directly. If you contact us, we will forward your request to the business and help it respond.
